Back Squat - 12X2 @ 70% 1RM -- 185#  45 secs rest between sets

Shoulder press - 5X3 @ 105

Push Press - 3X5 @ 135  -- 5 strict pullups between sets

KB snatch
10 each arm at 40#
10 each arm at 45#
10 each arm at 50#
