25, 35, 45, 55, 60, 65 then 30lbs for 3 reps
Then full depth HSPUs- 3 rounds for max reps. 5, 3, 3
Daily report-
weight - 178
Injured calf day 4. feeling better. I can walk without a noticeable limp but it still hurts.
